Left 4 Dead 2 is a role playing game which involves cooperating with a team to fight against hordes of infected people that act like zombies. You need to battle your way against these hordes with your companions as you go through missions until you finish the game. Some missions involve fighting through safe houses with numerous checkpoints and using some type of weapons until you finish such missions. In addition, the game also holds some cheats that you can use to help you finish the game.
Console Codes
There are cheat codes in which you need to set the console open for them. You can do this by going to the options menu and select developers console. Once you selected it, press the “~” button to activate the codes. You can now enter the following codes at your disposal.
>tongue_range- this code sets the maximum range of the smoker’s tongue attack to the target
>z_health – this changes the zombie health
>z_speed – allows you to change the speed of zombies
>give ammo – allows full ammunition
>give health – immediately gives full health
>z_spawn mob – unleashes a horde of zombies
>sv_infinite_ammo 1 – enables unlimited ammunition

>Get on top of a sign
You need to be in the second Parish campaign. First, get off the boat and head up the ramp. You are going to see a barricade with barbed-wires. Jump on top of the barricade and you will see a sign right behind you. Face away from the sign and look down. Try to jump a little bit and you will eventually hang from the sign. Someone will then help you up on the sign.
>Gold over a wall
This can be done in any walls in the game. You need to have a companion with a grenade launcher. This companion will be required to crouch down just next to a wall with level ground. Select another companion to jump on the head of the crouched person. While the jumper is suspended in mid-air, fire the grenade and time it right. Once done correctly, the jumper will be sent flying through the air and the jumper should land on the other side of the wall. The jumper should then run to the far reaches of the map and let the others start the match. This would result of your jumper finishing every mission or match completely free from the zombie hordes.
These are some of the cheat codes you can apply in playing Left 4 Dead 2. They can help you gain a winning edge against the hordes of zombies that try to eat you alive.
