Sims 3 is a game that simulates the activities of real life situations. In this game, players control the activities of the Sims which includes relationships similar to real life. Just like its predecessor, the game play is open-ended. The neighborhood houses are just outside their homes and is entirely in one continuous map. It has a new feature called “Story Progression” which allows the Sims to continue just like being controlled by a player. The Sims automatically grows up, gets married or achieves his or her dream even though the player does not play the game. Sims 3 also has cheat codes at your disposal and here are some of them.
Cheat codes
These can be activated by playing the game and pressing Ctrl+Shift+C in order to let the console window appear. You can now type in the following cheat codes:
>help – this will display all cheat codes
>kaching – this will give 1,000 Simoleons
>motherlode – this will give 5,000 Simoleons
> freerealestate – it will ignore the cost in buying a lot in town
>unlockOutfits – this will help view career career outfits and service uniforms
>resetSim – this will reset Sims to safe and neutral state at home
>constrainFloorElevation – this will force terrain adjustments regardless of any present objects or Sims
>enablellamas – this will toggle “Llamas” warning icons
>testingCheatsenabled – this will enable testing cheats
Testing cheat codes
These are cheat codes that needs to be activated by enabling testing cheats. These are some of the codes
>ageuptonpc – this makes a toddler that grows to a child to become an NPC
>familyfunds (last name) (number0) – this would set an amount of Simoleon to an indicted family member
>buydebag – enables buy mode slot with debug objects
>speed (0 to 4) – this will set the speed of the game
